We want you to be 100% happy with your items but if you are not please contact us within 14 calendar days so that we can resolve the problem with the least amount of inconvenience to you.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of ear wires due to EU hygiene regulations.
Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and in an unused saleable condition. Please ensure the original order number is included so that we can process your refund promptly.

For items that are faulty or damaged a full refund including the postage will be given.
For unwanted items a refund of the goods will be given minus the postage costs.
We will not refund the postage if the item is part of a larger order.
Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item.
All refunds will be processed as soon as the returned goods have arrived safely back with us.

If your order has already been despatched, the cancelled item(s) must be returned to us at your expense. We will refund the order, or the relevant part of it, as soon as possible after the item(s) have arrived back at Snoochy. If you cancel an order and do not return the goods to us, we will arrange to collect the goods from you at your cost.
